Chief Executive Officer and President
Chief Executive Officer and President of MG Finance where he leads the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Crenshaw also leads several other energy-related businesses including The Modern Group, Ltd. (President) and Stabilis Energy (Chief Executive Officer). He is a member of the Board of Directors at The Modern Group and American Electric Technologies, Inc.
Ben Broussard
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer at MG Finance is responsible for the daily operations and administrative aspects of the company. He also serves as the Director of Finance for The Modern Group, Ltd. Mr. Broussard began his career as a commercial banker focusing on international trade and procurement at Washington Mutual Bank. He then worked as a consultant to Microsoft’s Global Procurement Group. Mr. Broussard holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from South Texas College of Law.
Charles B. Childress
Senior Vice President – Underwriting
Senior Vice President of MG Finance where he leads credit analysis, lease processing, and lease servicing. Mr. Childress has over forty-five years of financial services industry experience including working as a commercial lender at the American National Bank (later Texas Commerce Bank), leasing commercial equipment at the Kinsel Lease Company, and serving on the Board of Directors at the First Republic Bank and Parkdale Bank. Mr. Childress holds a BBA from the University of Texas and a Graduate Degree in Banking from SMU in Dallas, Texas.
